HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Most of our products are made to order; meaning each item is crafted with care just for you.

Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Orders with items we currently have on hand will ship same day or next business day (Monday–Friday).

  • Made-to-order items: If your item isn’t in stock, please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

Delays

While we always aim to ship on time, please understand that occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues or high order volumes. We’ll always communicate any significant delays directly via email.

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

We do not currently offer returns or refunds. We do offer exchanges for different sizes and defective hoodies.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
